Our friends from Houston love this place and it was the first spot they took us to when we were visiting, and I understand why! The back patio was expansive and a great place to hang out--there was even a waterfall and a playground for kids! Definitely only get something of this size in Texas! The food was all super affordable and delicious, I loved the chicken shawarma pita I got, and the fries were awesome as well. Everything came out so quickly--service was very efficient! Also had a nice hookah menu. A great place to hang out and grab a bite to eat!

Came here a few times during my trip to Houston, food is amazing, and prices are great too! Service was excellent staff was attentive to customers, and it's a very relaxed place. There's indoor and outdoor seating and even an area for people smoking cigarettes. Love the feeling of being back home and I feel every major city with a big Arab population needs a place like this. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for hookah and some great food, especially if you're Arab!

Stopped by here last weekend off a recommendation from a friend and was reasonably impressed. I got hummus, the chicken rice plate, and the chicken, beef and lamb plate. Hummus and pita: 3/5: the hummus here has a very subtle flavor. It has a light, nutty flavor but could have been saltier. The pita bread had a crispy texture and was soft on the inside. Chicken plate "ranosh chicken": 4.5/5: the rice was well cooked in all the dishes. The bone-in chicken was very tender and seasoned well, and I was very impressed by it. The yogurt garlic sauce was creamy and very addicting and went well with every dish we ordered. I would order this dish in the future. Chicken, beef, and lamb mix platter 3/5: Ranosh does chicken very well. Like the bone-in chicken, the chicken breast chunks were also juicy and tender. However, the beef and lamb pieces were pretty chewy and not tender at all. Although they were smoky and flavorful, I would stick to getting chicken dishes here. Each dish comes with grilled tomato, onion, and huge amounts of pita bread. Overall a solid spot to get Mediterranean food. Their chicken dishes are some of the best.
